To start, the secretary was rude & did not seem to know what she was doing. The mechanic charged me for parts he never replaced an also put my rear driver side wheel on backwards. I found this out after i had my truck looked over at another garage because I was skeptical of the work that was supposidly done. When i confronted the mechanic, he was ignorant an overly defensive.
