Very efficient First off, we made our appointment on line, and then, from the minute we drove up, the efficiency started. You drive in to a very nice large covered area and walk into the customer service area equipped with about 6 or 7 very nice people waiting to help you. We had a person assigned to us. She processed us in and told us how long it would take to do the work on our vehicle. In the waiting area, we were able to make fresh Starbucks coffee, and have a sandwich made for us, all complimentary from Jay Wolfe Toyota. Everything from the bathroom to the sandwich bar the the comfortable environment in the waiting room is first class. Our vehicle was ready in less time than expected and they washed our car for free. More

Fast and Accurate Took my 2018 RAV4 in for a regular service appointment. They estimated it would 4ake an hour, but had me out in 45 minutes. Too many expensive surprise charges I was on time for my 10 a.m. appointment, and was not helped until 10:15. I was told my alignment on my tires and struts was off, and was almost $300 to fix that alone. I was told that the over $500 bill was all for necessary work when I made my appointment online that stated all of the service I would be receiving would be free and included with my plan. I was also told it would be finished by 12:45, and waited until 1:20 in the afternoon for everything to be finished. The associate assured me he and his manager threw in some complimentary service, but I am not convinced this was the best value I could have found. My windshield wipers are also now out of alignment and I will need to either fix them myself or go back to see what they have done. More

Recent visit Pam was efficient, helpful and very clear in describing all the issues and in finding a needed part. I was having the front two tires replaced becaus Pam was efficient, helpful and very clear in describing all the issues and in finding a needed part. I was having the front two tires replaced because one had a flat that could not be repaired. The other tire still had adequate tread and I asked her to save it for me so I could keep it and use it in case I had another flat in the near future. This request did not get transferred to the relevant people who worked on the tires and my still-good tire was discarded. This was not a large problem but I would have liked to have been able to keep that tire. Otherwise, service here is good, prompt, respectful and of good quality. More
