We do apologize for any inconvenience, but the issue was a bad heads up display feature on this 2005 that was discussed at the time of purchase. You were aware that we would not be able to fix this at the price you agreed to pay as well as give you a choice with no obligation not to purchase this vehicle even though we held it for you for a few days. As you are also aware, the paperwork is as-is and nothing else was promised on our end at the time of signing the contract. We understand that you chose to purchase it based on the length of time spent driving from Indiana with your daughter. We wanted to explain that the price point of $24.95 for an oil change is coupon priced already, so we are unable to stack two coupons on top of each other, and with that price, you are getting a car wash and full menu of food and drinks at our bistro that is completely complimentary. We have noticed that you have only been at our Service Department twice in the last two years, but we have added more amenities to our lounge area which makes it one of the best in the country, and that’s what makes us #1 in sales and service in the St. Louis area. I have 2 cars that I bring there. I don't drive this one very much.I thought I updated my phone number when I registered. Your response proves my point - incentive coupons don't work. So, you are saying there is no need to hunt coupons? I bought the vehicle certified used from your dealership. It is 14 years old. I was more upset that I didn't get a multi-point inspection report.
