I didn't like waiting 15 minutes to just drop off a car because I had to see my assigned service representative. Other service reps were available but not interested. It was counseled by the service rep that I should have changed my brake fluid at least 3 times by now. More

I bought my vehicle at Jay Wolfe, which included a two-year maintenance package, and during that time I became accustomed to going there for the simple reason that it didn't cost anything. In the time since that initial two-year period, my visits have always cost far more than expected (or even predicted on the appointment-scheduling application). I figured at first I could justify it because I could get a meal while I waited and they'd wash and clean the car as an included courtesy, but especially since none of those things are happening in the time of the pandemic, I can't exactly justify the egregiously exorbitant "dealership" prices (or the drive--Jay Wolfe is not exactly close to home). They don't even send me the mailer with coupons for a discount anymore. I paid sixty bucks for a tire rotation/balance/inspection. This is the kind of thing most auto shops will include free with an oil change or pretty much any other work. The customer service was fine, but it only goes so far. I think I'm finally done taking my vehicle to Jay Wolfe. More

This is the second van I have purchased from this Jay Wolfe dealership. I have to drive over three hours to get to this dealership, even though there is a Toyota dealership in my city, and it is worth the drive to receive the price and excellent treatment I receive. More
