The rest of the time he located answers promptly. We chose the RAV4 over a Highlander after renting the Highlander from Jay Wolfe for a weekend trip. The dealership does those sorts of things for their customers' benefit, and I would not have considered it if Skip had not mentioned the possibility. More

I didn't like waiting 15 minutes to just drop off a car because I had to see my assigned service representative. Other service reps were available but not interested. I do not like upselling the dealers because I had to see my assigned service representative. Other service reps were available but not interested. I do not like upselling the dealership recommended service. Toyota recommended service is much less. It was counseled by the service rep that I should have changed my brake fluid at least 3 times by now. More
