Representatives rush through their explanations I've been to Jay Wolfe Toyota at least a half-dozen times since I purchased my 2017 Hylander there. The services is hit and miss, depending on who I've been to Jay Wolfe Toyota at least a half-dozen times since I purchased my 2017 Hylander there. The services is hit and miss, depending on who your service rep is. Yesterday, I had to ask my rep twice to explain what "maintenance work" was going to be performed, and what it would involve. She glossed over it -- and it wasn't crowded. She also didn't explain the potential costs adequately. So I ended up having work performed that, as I write this review, I'm still NOT SURE what it was for. And --- why it was necessary. Bottom line: I've tried to be loyal to the Jay Wolfe Service Department. I think those days are over. Time to move on. I'm now exploring alternative service departments around the region. More
