This was my first maintenance check for my brand new car from Jay Wolfe Toyota have been very pleased with the sales staff however the service department though efficient was not friendly they never smiled from Jay Wolfe Toyota have been very pleased with the sales staff however the service department though efficient was not friendly they never smiled or tried to build any type of personal relationship I spoke to Patrick the salesman while I was there and and considering buying another car however I am very disappointed that the service department Was not friendly on a Saturday morning. Also the Porter was half asleep when he came to my car door for that initial greeting and didn’t even say anything when I mention something to the service person they just laughed it offVery disappointed in the service department because they were not friendly and did not try to build a relationship with me and I am a high relationship personAlso the Porter walked alongside me and did not open the door for me and no one even volunteered anything about a cup of coffee the bistro is closed today due to Covid and there was just no host or hostess at all in the bistro area which is disappointing I understand the food but someone could have been available to offer a communication and there was no communication while we waited for our cars the burden was all on the customers to find out the status of the car At the end they motioned me in the direction of where my car was but when I went outside there were at least three cars that look similar I just thought they could have gone the extra mile in diplomacy and friendliness smiles iContact and general courtesy especially during Covid. I may have free maintenance checks here for my new car but it just didn’t meet my expectations as far as courtesy and friendliness More

In for 1st 5000 mile service on new 2019 Highlander. Shop could not get a door ding fixed which is part of their Toyota Care package along with the wheels.I have to call an outside vendor to get it done. Als could not get a door ding fixed which is part of their Toyota Care package along with the wheels.I have to call an outside vendor to get it done. Also wanted to have remote start added which we have to bring it back so they can send the vehicle out to another vendor. When we got in the vehicle to leave it smelled of cigarette smoke! That did go away, thank god! We’ll see how the door ding turns out More
