Steve and I began a conversation regarding my desire to purchase a pre-owned vehicle at the beginning of January. I was delayed in visiting the dealership due to inclement weather. Jay Wolfe Toyota is a great dealership. We have bought two cars there and will go back again when we need another car. Our salesman, Ryan Luethy, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He knew all two cars there and will go back again when we need another car. Our salesman, Ryan Luethy, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He knew all about the vehicle we bought, and was very helpful, but was a low pressure salesman. Ryan called to follow up on our questions and was accommodating of our schedule. We never felt pressure to buy a car but were told that we needed to be happy with our choice. We would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership and Ryan Luethy, their salesman. More

Had to take my car into a dealer since factory controls had to be reset following a needed repair. Went to Jay Wolfe Toyota who quoted me the expensive but not unexpected repair cost BUT then they did this had to be reset following a needed repair. Went to Jay Wolfe Toyota who quoted me the expensive but not unexpected repair cost BUT then they did this multi point inspection and told me I needed an additional $800 dollars of repairs on top of that--- one of which had just been done by another repair place. So I took the car for a “second opinion” and they found NO cracks in the drive belt as Jay Wolfe advised and not even a damp sweat on the supposed “leaking” water pump. What’s the first clue that Jay Wolfe is out to recoup all the money they lost sending out those free service coupons as per the class action settlement against them?? Further the bad tire bead they did fix for me started leaking again… To see what was up—called their service manger, who never bothered to return my call. Not happy I filed a complaint with Toyota and THEY can’t even get a response from Jay Wolfe. Bottom line---you want to feel like a valued customer and get excellent service—see Tim Connelly over at Seeger Toyota! More
I've always had trouble being a female and having work done to my vehicle. Working with Seeger Toyota and Matt Chickey in the auto body department was great. He was very professional and didn't try to s done to my vehicle. Working with Seeger Toyota and Matt Chickey in the auto body department was great. He was very professional and didn't try to sell me on having some other work done on my car that I wasn't able to do at the time. I would recommend Seeger to anyone! Thanks again Matt! More
I bought my 2005 Prius from Toyota of West County and took it there for every required service and repair. Anything they said to do, I did. I even bought new tires there rather than going to a tire dea took it there for every required service and repair. Anything they said to do, I did. I even bought new tires there rather than going to a tire dealer. I know dealerships are probably the most expensive place to have service done but I wanted to deal with people I could trust and who are certified to work on my car. Then I was told that my car was due for the 90,000 "major service" (their words). The service rep rattled off a long list of things that needed to be done at 90,000 miles. The total for everything was over $900! I was shocked. I've never had to pay that much money for routine servicing of a car. I asked if there was anything that could wait or that I had done recently, and the rep was able to get the cost down to just under $600. THEN I checked the owners manual and found out that little more than an oil change change, filter change, and fluid checks were suggested by Toyota at 90,000 miles. When I confronted the service rep and asked him if his list was what Toyota recommended he said "No, this is what WE recommend based on our experience." Right. I will never take my car there again for service and would not recommend anyone buy or have a car serviced there. If you can't trust the dealership, then you might as well just take your car to the cheapest corner repair shop. **Please check around the internet for reviews of the dealership, not just here. You'll find many other dissatisfied customers - particular with being ripped off by the service department. Also there is a class action lawsuit against the dealership for excessive "paperwork" fees for new car sales.** More
I went into this dealership as a brand new potential customer. I test drove a Corolla as well as a Yaris. The salesman I worked with quoted me a price and calculated the financing and everything. On my customer. I test drove a Corolla as well as a Yaris. The salesman I worked with quoted me a price and calculated the financing and everything. On my second return to the store, I was ready to purchase the Corolla. Upon my return, I was quoted $1,000 higher on the lowest price and the salesman wanted to pressure me into buying at higher than quoted just a day ago! This was not the result of an expired special. The salesman said that I was the one who misread their ad although the night before, he quoted me a clear price and caluclated the exact payments. The manager did not even come out to explain why this could not be changed. Disappointed, I left the dealership and the salesman e-mailed me the next day. I responded to the e-mail but a week has went by and I never received any kind of response. I was still interested in potentially doing business but absolutely no follow up was given from the salesman I e-mailed back. As a result, I would not want to trust Jay Wolfe with any of my business and have put my business in the hands of Lou Fusz. I would not under any circumstances recommend Jay Wolfe. More
I had a wonderful experiene buying my first preowned car from this dealership. I never felt pressured, i felt in control of the negotiations and would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member from this dealership. I felt that I could voice my concerns and questions and they didn't make me feel like they were "taking me for a ride"! More
