I highly recommend Maurice Bembry and Jay Wolfe Toyota. I visited more than half a dozen dealerships while looking for a car, and Jay Wolfe had the best combination of helpful staff and good prices. Maurice in particular was great; he was friendly and funny but not obnoxious and didn't pressure me, even as the dealership was closing and he almost certainly wanted to get home to his family. Maurice was patient in finding the exact car I was looking for, and went with me on what was by far the best test drive I had. I am a young female and was shopping by myself without my husband; though some dealerships ignored me altogether or were dismissive or patronizing, Maurice treated me with the respect that all customers deserve and made my carbuying experience a really great one. I was glad to be giving Maurice my business, and will certainly visit him first the next time I'm in the market for a car. The physical dealership itself is great. The lounge is beautiful, there's wifi, and lots of (free) drinks, snacks, fancy coffee, and other refreshments like freshly baked cookies. I heard about but did not myself get to try the breakfast buns and sandwiches at lunch and dinner. There was also a nice kids' area with toys, couches, and TVs. Finally, I shopped through the Costo Auto Program, and I highly recommend that as well for convenience and good pricing. The only negative is that Tyler Stevens in finance attempted high pressure tactics in trying to sell the extended warranty packages, and became much less friendly after I declined. Fortunately, the positive experiences I had with everyone else far outweighed that unpleasant half hour. More
I came in for my 120k service on my 2007 Camry LE. The maintenance was completed within a roughly 2 hours. The amenities in the waiting area were fine. This was for service on my 2012 Tundra. I'm sorry but I do not remeber the service employees name off the top of my head, but if need be I can retrive it from my records. Best dealership I've worked with. No hocus pocus; they were very straightforward with pricing. Gave me a great deal and matched the True Car price I brought in. Very friendly and worked fast. I have become a Jay Wolfe loyal customer. I bought my Tacoma at Jay Wolfe a couple of years ago and have been impressed with them since. My experience with your sales person Dominic Cotone was five star, however I am reserving judgment on your service department, pending a warranty issue. After having the Mini Dealer do a complete check up on the Mini Cooper Hardtop that I purchased from Jay Wolfe Toyota, they discovered that the RMFD Radio Boost needed to be replaced,I took the Mini back to Jay Wolfe Toyota service department, they said they would order the part from the Mini Dealer and then install the part in Jay Wolfes service dept. I phoned the Mini Dealer after I got home and told them that Jay Wolfe was going to install the required part, the Mini service manager informed me that the part had to be installed by the Mini Dealer because they were the only ones with the proper equipment to do this job and if the required part was installed improperly that I will cause other serious problems. I purchased the Mini on 09/12/2013, I took it to the Mini Dealer on 09/13/2013 for the complete check up. The car came with a 3 month or 3000 miles warranty. Most of the customer ratings for Jay Wolf listed on the internet or positive, I am hoping that my issue will be resolved with good results. More
