Prompt and Efficient I have had 3 rav 4s and have always taken them to jay wolfe on Manchester for maintenance. They have always been courteous and on time with their appointments. And other than an occasional battery replacement I’ve not had any major problems. Love the rav 4 and will probably buy another when the new ones come out. I especially like the way they treat you to a breakfast or lunch and except for the covd virus I have taken advantage of this. Didn’t get a car wash this time but that could have been my forgetting to ask for that, or maybe the shortness of staff. Always dealt with David but this time Andrew did a great job. Keep up the good work Toyota. More

Lots of people coming and going and new people sitting in same chairs/at tables that had not been wiped. I was thinking there would be rules on cleaning between visits. Also, my car wasn't washed, even on the exterior. I thought that was included with each service. More
