Just purchased my 5th car from Jay Wolfe. Worked with Gary Panus - he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was fine. 45,000 mile service. Called to check on progress after 2 1/2 hours, they couldn’t find my car!? 10 mins later my service manager called to say my call was done. Kevin worked with me, and was really nice and helpful. I would make one suggestion, though; please don't make customers only work with one person.
