We visited the dealership three times before we agreed on a deal at the fourth visit. For the initial three visits, we had to talk to three different sales persons! Our original sales person (when we visited first time) may have been busy with other customers the following times, but seems least interested even when he was free later. John Davis who helped us at the second visit was very nice and extremely helpful. However, he was not available on the third visit, and Sean Massey helped us. Sean was nice also and appear to be interested in getting the deal done. However, due to a few hundred dollars differences and lateness of the day, the deal did not happen. The next time we called John to check if they can arrange to bring the car from other dealer as they did not have the color we wanted. He checked and called us back with the good news. When we went, both John and Sean helped. When we went to get the delivery, the next day, Sean helped us. During this time Sean could have spent a little more time going over all the features; but, was satisfactory and later on offered for us to come back any time if we have any questions. More

Turned out this was and had been an issue with the RAV4's for several years. We, initially, were upset that this had never been corrected by the manufacturer of this part as it was (from what I had read on the internet) still a problem. We had this item replaced but was able to work out a compromise to our satisfaction with Scott, the Service Manager. Thank you. More
I bring all of my vehicles to Jay Wolfe Toyota for service. Always an enjoyable visit. They not only take care of my needs, they also alert me of isuues before they become problems or cause expensive service. Always an enjoyable visit. They not only take care of my needs, they also alert me of isuues before they become problems or cause expensive repairs. Now have 240,000 miles on my 04 Tundra and it still runs and handles like brand new, thanks to the service department. I would not be comfortable going anywhere else for service. Thanks Guys. More

Customer Service is a joke I bought a used Toyota Highlander and the salesman was friendly along with the service team member. However, my problem is with the supervisors and m I bought a used Toyota Highlander and the salesman was friendly along with the service team member. However, my problem is with the supervisors and management. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the air conditioning would not blow cold. This was the first time I used the air conditioning. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership for them to diagnose and they told me that it may be $170 for the diagnosis plus whatever was wrong with the vehicle. This is completely absurd, I just spent $13,000 with the dealership two weeks prior. To make matters worse, when I showed up for the diagnosis I was quoted an hour wait. I had my 9 month old son with me so I thought this sounded great. After three hours in a waiting room, we were told the charges would be $966! I bought this car because it was supposed to be suitable for my family. My 9 month old is covered in sweat in this car and I am appalled that they would even ask me to pay for something that was overlooked by the service team in the first place. Regardless, I think the dealership should want to keep a new customer happy and establish a good relationship. I emailed the dealership seeking a solution to this problem after the ordeal and have not had a reply. It has been two days. If this is the kind of service that I am receiving, I would seriously recommend not even trying to deal with this dealership. It is a joke. More

I had found what I thought were some of the best tires around, the Toyo Proxes R35. I then called your service department since I had received an email that noted buy 3 tires and get the 4th tire free. I called your service department and was connected with Brandon and told him I was looking for the best tire available for my Avalon. He said the Toyo Proxes R35 was the best around so I decided to buy the tires from your service department since he seemed to be very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. More
