Great Experience Came in to see a used car, but decided it wasn't for us. We were speaking with Jason about our budget and what we were looking for, frustrated that we couldn't find what we wanted in our price range, and he asked if we considered leasing a new Camry. We didn't know much about leasing, so he gave us the info and found a car with options we wanted that was within our budget, even with buying more miles. Jason was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We had been to SEVERAL dealerships in the last few weeks and never had a good feeling about any of the sales people we'd met with, until we met Jason. He has definitely earned our loyalty, and we'll be back in 3 years when the lease is up! More

Run...Run very far away...don't fall for it Went it to make a deal on 03 Toyota Camry. They do not allow you to test drive on your own. They must accompany. It is annoying especially since th Went it to make a deal on 03 Toyota Camry. They do not allow you to test drive on your own. They must accompany. It is annoying especially since they literally talk the entire time. Half the time having nothing to do with the actual vehicle. They are probably talking to cover up the noise. I want to preface this review by saying that I know I purchased a USED car with 167k miles. During negotiations the "manager" and I started talking about the rear tires. I mentioned that they are in desperate need to be replaced. I got a song and dance about how they don't sell anything on their lot that is unsafe. We will get to that later. Their original price they say was $6600. That in itself is a joke. I don't know anyone that would pay that kind of price. Then it was "discounted" to $5500. Ok, fine we are getting closer. It was a 3 owner. I settled for $4800 thinking I was getting a good deal. They tried to tell me I was paying cost. Yea, well I am not stupid and I can see on the computer than you paid $3300 for this car. So, after an incredibly lengthy process to get the deal done (I was paying CASH), we finally got it done about 2 hours later. I take off to drive home (which is 2 hours away). At 65mph the steering wheel starts shaking. I pull over and call the dealership. They literally say to me "well you bought an as is vehicle". OK so what happened to "we put nothing on the lot that is unsafe"??? I ended up having to immediately replace the two back tires. Set me back $250 within an hour of purchasing the car. Then in a matter of 4 days, YES I said 4 days I did the following repairs. Replaced Front/Rear Bushings Replaced rear stabilizer car Alignment/Tire Balance Fuel System Cleaning Front brakes and rotors resurfaced Oil change (Toyota Dealer in Arkansas told me it was obvious that one had not been done at dealer who sold it) Paid $1370 Not to mention the check engine light came on day 2 of driving the car. Convienent. Catalytic converter needs replacing at $850 at a Toyota dealership. Ridiculous. So I sent an email to the GM expressing my frustration with the process. No response. Then I start getting this lovely (not really) automated email from this Maurice guy who sold me the car and patronized me from the beginning. So I respond to him that I never received an email response from the GM. He responds saying he has been trying to call me. Yea, not so much buddy. I have no calls from you. He says "I thought we had great communication". Seriously? We are not friends. You wouldn't let me go on the test drive with my father in law by ourselves. You insisted on going and telling us about how great of a cook and father you are. Newsflash. Nobody cares. We end up talking on the phone on 6/11. You proceed to give me a kindergarten lesson on buying a used car as well as all the quality customer service that you showed me. More patronizing ensues. I end up hanging up the phone because we get no where. No apology, no offer to attempt to rectify. Everything is buyer beware. You are at no fault. You sold a pristine used car. Needless to say, I would never recommend you guys to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Run don't walk away from these guys. More
