I had been leasing a car for a year and a half from a not so trustworthy dealership Going into Jay Wolfe I was nervous and had a major lack of trust. I had been leasing a car for a year and a half from a not so trustworthy dealership and had issues with them and the car from the first month of receiving the car. After my engine blew for the second time I desperately needed a new car and didn’t know what to do. My mom received a phone call from Maurice about trading her car in and that’s when I was referred to him about getting into a new vehicle. Maurice was very helpful from the first moment we spoke. I went in with a non- trusting attitude and thought that he would have told me anything I wanted to hear just so he could make the sale; but after the many hours of the deal I realized that that wasn’t the case at all. He broke everything down from finances to my best option for my situation. By the time I left the dealership I felt well informed about my car, my rights, and everything that was offered in my deal. I didn’t have to question his integrity or anything. I left the dealership a very happy woman and had complete trust in Maurice and in the dealership as a whole. I can’t thank Maurice enough for all of his hard work, and I can’t thank Jay Wolfe enough for putting me in my car. I constantly tell people about Jay Wolfe and I also refer them to Maurice if they are ever looking for a new car. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Jay Wolfe since 2005. Waiting over an hour to sit down and sign a few papers and pay in cash that took less than 5 minutes to do, we did not like that. However, the drinks were cold and cookies warm, we liked that. After AAA charged my car battery, they suggested that I have the battery checked at the dealership before hea My car would not start Tuesday morning. After AAA charged my car battery, they suggested that I have the battery checked at the dealership before heading to work. I drove to your service department without having an appointment. Rob immediately check my battery and told me it was fine. He also informed me that my Rav4 should be serviced for a recall item and I asked if I could get the 25,000 mile check-up also. He took care of all of this for me, even though the service department was crazy busy. It took close to two hours, but that is not bad considering I had no appointment. Also, I was able to work in the waiting area because of the free wifi. The woman in the customer waiting area was also very nice and helpful. However, this survey process is HORRIBLE. I have wasted way too much time trying to get the thing to submit! Laura Khoury More
