Great buying experience! The first time I walked into Jay Wolfe, I had a Costco membership pricing and was greeted by Josh Wagstaff. The pricing was higher than I liked, so I The first time I walked into Jay Wolfe, I had a Costco membership pricing and was greeted by Josh Wagstaff. The pricing was higher than I liked, so I left to do so some more shopping. I didn't come back for 3 weeks and in all that time, I didn't get an email or phone call to pressure me to come back. I really liked that about this dealership! It's why I came back to buy a Tacoma from them. This time, I came back and was armed with the TrueCar pricing. I walked in and was greeted by John Davis. I told him what I was looking for and the TrueCar pricing I was hoping to get. He was enthusiastic and very nice! I liked the fact that even though I was cutting into how much commission he might be getting because of the pricing, he gave his 110% to make me happy. I saw Josh there and he was very nice and when I came back to pick up my truck, he was the one to help me. I thought the team effort there was very nice and the feeling that you're not being pressured into buying. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More

Please note that my latest appointment was booked through the call center (where I requested Walt as my Service Consultant). When I called Walt directly to because of a schedule change (on my end), he said the appointment was not appearing on the schedule. Thankfully, Walt was able to squeeze me in and provide a loaner vehicle (even though I didn't need one initially), but I wanted to let you know that the appointment booked through the call center fell through the cracks. I will call Walt directly going forward, but thought you would like to know of my experience! More
