2013 RAV4 change to a 2014 Sean was great with the whole process. I made a couple compromises to be able to get the best deal at the time and it all worked out fine. My windshield had even gotten cracked on the 2013 model right before taking it in to be assessed, and Jay Wolfe still took it on without me having to replace it. They kept the monthly payments basically the same, which is why I decided to upgrade to a year newer. I didn't feel like I got any kind of deal with the 2013 Rav, but I think this year's model kind of makes up for it. And thanks to Marie for making the initial call and pushing me to just make an appt. and see what would happen. Very glad I did now. Good experience overall - Thanks to everyone involved More

I will continue coming back to Jay Wolfe for service and will purchase a new vehicle from them when the time comes. It will be a while before I purchase a new Corolla as mine is only 4 years old and still has a long life ahead. This, of course, is due to the fact that it is a Toyota and that Jay Wolfe has a wonderful Service Team that I can rely on. The waiting area had been changed since my last visit and is now more of cafe or bistro. It definitely makes the wait more tolerable, even pleasant. Kim, the concierge, was welcoming, pleasant, friendly and very attentive. Thank you Kim. She is definitely an asset to Jay Wolfe. More

My wife, Norma, and I are very grateful for their help in getting us into a new car, a 2014 Camry Hybrid. We needed the "lean release" for the loan on the car I had paid off some time ago. I was to sell it to Jay Wolfe Toyota, which we needed to do to be able to pay off a loan on our other car, a Prius V, we had purchased there 2 years ago,enabling us to afford buying the new car. I had gone home (+/- 3 miles) to find it, but failed to do so. We had to call my Credit Union to research and find it and FAX it to the dealership, which they did. That took a bit of time. We are grateful for the patience displayed by Randy and Barry for the time taken to accomplish this job. Everything is now rolling along OK and will soon be finished in a few days.
