I also ran into my salesman who checked on my vehicle and brought me my keys. This was the most enjoyable service visit I ever had....too bad it didn't last longer - I would have a complimentary snack and beverage. More

Routine service FAR from routine! Great service at a dealership is not routine, at least in my experience. Jay Wolfe is obviously working hard to change that. From a service rep's (not my assigned one) prompt greeting and set-up so I wouldn't have to wait, to the lounge that looks and feels like a First Class lounge at an airport, to the patient explanation and answers to my questions after service, and to the free car wash - their level of service is far from routine. On a side note, I overheard a shuttle pickup and the driver asked the customer if she needed a house key or garage opener from her car before they left. That may not sound like much, but it caught my eye as a clear example of their level of service through proactive attention to detail. More
