Fortunately the cause was quite minor and the diagnostic cost was worth it to rule out some potentially expensive issues. To remedy my problem I will need to return because the part was not in stock. 2nd car in 6 months My first Camry was bought at Jay Wolfe in Feb. 2014. We received excellent service and I loved my car. I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. I re My first Camry was bought at Jay Wolfe in Feb. 2014. We received excellent service and I loved my car. I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. I really wanted another Camry. Rexanne and Tim were very accomodating and worked with me to find the exact same options that i had in my first Camry. I had a Ford Fusion for a rental while my insurance was processing my claim and was not comfortable in that car. I am so happy with my new Camry and the service I received. I will be a returning customer to Jay Wolfe in the future! More

I was greeted in a friendly manner, told how much time to expect for waiting, and escorted to the waiting area where I was also shown around. I also ran into my salesman who checked on my vehicle and brought me my keys. This was the most enjoyable service visit I ever had....too bad it didn't last longer - I would have a complimentary snack and beverage. More
