Wonderful experience Maurice was the salesman that I worked with and he was amazing. I did not get to the dealership to talk with him until around 4:30 pm on Saturday and Maurice was the salesman that I worked with and he was amazing. I did not get to the dealership to talk with him until around 4:30 pm on Saturday and even though the dealership closed at 6 pm he stayed until after 8 pm to be sure I was in my new vehicle. He spent time making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. He even took the time to help me move my personal belongings from my old car to my new car even though it was late. Mr. Wells the finance man was wonderful. He helped me more than I could have imagined and explained everything so clearly to me. I am a 59 year old single woman and I felt they treated me with respect and cared so much that my experience was a good one. I have worked with Jay Wolfe for the last 7 years since moving to St. Louis. I bought my last car from them and have always had my maintenance done at this dealership. I feel they have always been honest and fair with me and have recommended them to everyone I know. I moved from Chesterfield to St. Peters 3 years ago and thought I would try the closer Toyota dealership to my new house and was not impressed at all with the other dealership. I will still drive the 30 minutes to go to Jay Wolfe for all my car needs. This is a dealership that truly cares about their customers and it shows in everything they do. More

Not a good experience Made and appointment, confirmed day before and day of. Drove almost 2 hours to test drive, and when I got there they said they sold it 2 days ago.
