We bought a Prius V II through our Costco membership program I initially contacted Rexanne due to our going through the Costco membership program for autos. She was great...very energetic, helpful, knowledgeabl I initially contacted Rexanne due to our going through the Costco membership program for autos. She was great...very energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She passed us to Mark Pardee, who was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable of the product line, and professional as he worked with us. Mark took us on many test drives as we worked through our selection, and patiently agreed to go even when closing time drew near. He then exhibited patience as we deliberated between our 2 top picks, well beyond closing hours. After we made our choice and were able to finish the transaction, Mark again spent time explaining the vehicle features and going through the phone set up with us, and preparing paperwork to take care of our trade in and for the financial end of the transaction. He again stayed long after closing hours to finish the process. I checked 4 for the price because I had hoped that the Costco discount would have provided more of a savings, as they make it seem like a great deal in their literature. But when I contacted them I was told that the discount was accurate and that it was not higher because there wasn't a lot of room for discounting in that particular car. More
