Hailey, I would like to first of all express some disappointment in the manner as to how you are describing your experience with us and your pre-owned purchase. Our process is by far one of the best in the state which is why we are the most awarded dealership in the state of MO as well as being in top sales 4 years in a row. We employ top quality, ethical, honest, and respectful managers which has won us many awards as shown by our JD Powers Dealer of Excellence Award. We strive to provide unparalleled service - we go above and beyond for our guests! The loan amount that you financed is $30,000 after your down payment, not $38,000. I am not sure where you are getting that from. At the time you were in our office, your credit union, which we also use, didn't give us an approval yet; however, they had a message which indicated a restricted approval if any. It was later approved and the difference of what you signed was about 1% difference. At the time, the finance manager got you the lowest rate of the other three approvals from the other banks while you were here, which is prior to having any approval from the common bank we both use. We also decided to take care of the payoff difference on your trade which is $207 as a courtesy. At no point in time would we do anything to mistreat or judge a customer for any reason, this is absolutely not true. We did try to reach you on Wed and left you a message for you to call us back so we can explain everything; however, we have not heard back, so feel free to reach out to me at your earliest convenience. We do care deeply about your experience and truly value your business! We would never want to inconvenience our customers - your satisfaction is our top priority.
