Never again I am honda guy. I was in the market for a van recently. Since hondas and toyotas are known for long lasting, I thought I will give a shot at toyota. T I am honda guy. I was in the market for a van recently. Since hondas and toyotas are known for long lasting, I thought I will give a shot at toyota. This dealer was near to me. They didnt have what I wanted. However, the sales guy called me next day to mention that there was an xle, since the previous buyer financing fell through. I liked the van and I wanted to wait for a day to pull all the reports. The sales guy was willing to come next day for few hours. We decided to do that. The next day (tuesday), sales guy told me I can take the vehicle to home to show it to the family, which I refused. On wednesday morning, I went there to finalize the price and finish the transaction. Both the sales guy (Pardee) and the manager (David) has different attitude, they just seemed dont care about me anymore. I wanted to check the vehicle before sitting. While I was checking, the sales guy says "are you trying to save nickel and dime". What the xxxx, I am paying more than 23K$ and you expect me not to check anything?? whats wrong with you?? When I made offer, which was reasonable based on the same/similar vans (LE and XLE) in the local market, they didnt even bother to counter me. The manager says we have another customer who is out of state and willing to wire the money immediately. By now, I realized the reason why they dont care about me anymore. Since they have other customer and they really dont have an incentive to work with me. I left like I walked into a TRAP innocently. In the next one hour, I had purchased another van from different dealer. I could have made the deal on tuesday itself when I had the leverage. However, I did not want the initial sales guy (pardee) to share his commission with others. I was trying to look out for him and he turned around and manipulated me. NEVER AGAIN and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND More

Great follow-through by dealership I received a very prompt callback from my survey for my last visit and excellent service for my follow-up visit.
