This was my second lease from this dealer and, while I'm very happy with the new vehicle, I didn't initially have as good an experience with the lease financing aspect as I did with my first lease in 2012. This time, initially not very many of my questions about the leasing terms were answered to my satisfaction. It would help if the process were a little more transparent up front, especially about the details behind the Rent Charge, which is a specific term within the lease agreement. The dealer's Finance Dept. did, however, promptly return my call with questions about the lease agreement. That return call was a major reason I feel good about giving this dealer five stars overall. Their Service Department is second to none and I intend to service my vehicles there. More

So I exp When I was in the market for a new 2015 Sienna at the end of 2014, I wasn't able to get my local Toyota dealership to even negotiate with me. So I expanded my search to regional Toyota dealerships. After walking out on two dealerships, I got a bad taste in my mouth. I knew the exact model, options, and color for my van, but neither of them was even willing to give me a counteroffer for what I believe was a reasonable offer of $3K under MSRP. Some even offered me 2014 models when I clearly stated that wasn’t an option. I ended up getting more quotes online and worked with Jay Wolfe Toyota’s sales consultant (Mike Wania) to establish a price we all agreed to before I even walked in the door. He called me several times and made me felt like he really wanted to earn my business rather than other local dealerships that did not even seem to care. I had to drive almost an hour to the dealership, but it was worth it. There were no games played and the price was what we agreed on. It has the exact options and colors we wanted. The vehicle just came from the factory with 3 miles on it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Their facility was clean including the restroom and the bistro was almost as nice as some Lexus dealerships. The entire process still took longer than I expected, but I was still able to drive out with my new van in about 3 hours. Thanks Jay Wolfe for the good car buying experience. More

Another GREAT Job Well Done by Jay Wolfe Service Department Two weeks ago we received a letter saying our 2012 Camry was eligible for a computer software update for our transmission system; our slipping, gurgli Two weeks ago we received a letter saying our 2012 Camry was eligible for a computer software update for our transmission system; our slipping, gurgling hesitation pause on acceleration. We called Rob Meyer, our Service Rep, and he immediately scheduled us for service. On almost every routine maintenance visit to the Service Department we had complained to Rob about the problem. Rob assured us that Toyota knew of the problem and was working to make the necessary changes and that the problem was not a mechanical one. Sure enough two-years later we got the letter. The service department did their thing and after taking the car out for spin, it is performing much, much better and the slipping, gurgling hesitation is no longer there. However, it was also recommended that I have the coolant replaced, which I had done a few months earlier. It seemed obvious that the coolant was not even looked at. In addition, it was recommended that I have the injectors cleaned, which seems to me to be a waste of money if the engine is running fine, which it is. I am never happy to have things recommended that I don't need done. It comes off as being merely a revenue generating scheme. Since I did not talk to a service advisor about this, I will give Wolfe the benefit of the doubt that they would have agreed with me if I had confronted a service advisor. More
