We just bought a new Prius! We were satisfied with all of the service we received from the sales staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota. We had purchased a car from the dealership 8 yrs ago. We were satisfied with all of the service we received from the sales staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota. We had purchased a car from the dealership 8 yrs ago. It was not a Toyota but served us well. We did , however, own three different Camrys earlier and our granddaughter is still driving the last one we owned. Now we traded a 2002 Ford Focus and a 2004 Buick for a 2015 Prius Four. The last time we purchased a NEW car was over 50 years ago. So you gotta know this is a special occasion for us. (Could we do commercials for you?......just kidding :) We love the new Prius! You can imagine all the technology is a challenge to understand and incorporate into our driving habits. But we are having fun working at it. Honestly, we feel very blessed to be able to drive this car. None of you will appreciate this but we are confident (!) that we won't have to buy another car in our lives. Outstanding Dealership I have been taking my Toyota vehicles to Wolfe Toyota for years. I always receive outstanding service. This particular visit involved my 1999 Sienna, I have been taking my Toyota vehicles to Wolfe Toyota for years. I always receive outstanding service. This particular visit involved my 1999 Sienna, and replacing the transmission. My vehicle has over 335,000 miles and has been maintained by Jamie at Wolfe Toyota since I purchased the vehicle used in 2003 with 37,000 miles on it. From the moment I call the service department, I am treated with great respect and wonderful service. Mat Steurer, David Francosky, Rob Meyer, and Scot Dickherber always greet me like and old friend, and know my auto's histories like they are their own cars. Today was no exception. I advised that my transmission was making noise and asked for Jamie Wortzel to verify the noise. He confirmed my suspicion, replaced my transmission very quickly, and I have already put a thousand miles on the replacement transmission! If I could rate my satisfaction as a "10" with the Wolfe Toyota team, I would. Thank you all once again. More
