Internet pricing Your internet pricing is a scam! Very disappointing to come in thinking the vehicle has a "dealer discount" and is a specific price only to find out Your internet pricing is a scam! Very disappointing to come in thinking the vehicle has a "dealer discount" and is a specific price only to find out that you do not qualify for you discounts. You want the customer to trust this dealership, but that gets lost immediately after finding out that there's false advertisement. I'll be honest, you are not the only dealership using these tactics. I know because I went to 10 in the 2 weeks I spent looking for the right car and right deal. I settled with your deal even though there were mid leading information pro ides. I can't blame the salesmen Mark Pardee and Scott Campbell. They were very good dealing with me and the rules they have to follow just to sell a car. I feel bad for the honest salesmen out there, they are truely at the dealerships mercy. Stuck between the dealer and the customer is a tough place to be. Something to remember. People love to buy things, we love a deal. Or at least like to think we are getting a deal. Your car sales would soar if you spent time encouraging your sales department to think this way. It would also make for a much less stressful experience on both sides. You already have the Toyota reputation of good quality and resale, that sells itself. Stop luring customers in with false internet pricing. If it wasn't for Scott and Mark I would have bought some place else. More
