Great service department I was in three times within thirty days. One was for a safety recall and another for a part I needed that had nothing to do with the safety recall. Both of those incidents I dealt with Kevin Kettinger. He was very professional and saw to my needs. The last trip there was for a top of the line car wash/detailing for my Toyota. Because there was some scheduling issues with the service guys that was available, Andrew Duncan offered a loaner car for me to take home until my car became available. That was neat. They actually finished my car early so I didn't really need the loaner. But it was great that they did that. More

Annoyed. My car was ready 2 1/2 hours after the expected finish time. Always professional and kind Came in for my emissions testing & was early for my appointment. Still, they didn't make me wait, were professional and got it done quickly. Precautions for COVID were abundantly in place; you can tell they take the safety of all very seriously. Strange to see the cafe empty but I was allowed to wait there without concern.
