This comment is related to when we purchased the vehicle The vehicle did not come equipped w/ step bars. My wife & I are not tall & it is a chore for her to get in & out of the vehicle. We have not been able to purchase step bars for the truck and have been told repeatedly by multiple vendors that there are no step bars available for the 2015 Tundra Pro model. We were told by our salesman that he would contact a company that installs this type of item for the dealership and that they would call us. He has requested this more than once. We have never been contacted. (there is a big sign in the back of the lobby by the desk promoting the company-can't remember the name) When we were at the dealership after the initial purchase we asked for the contact information for this company and were told that we cannot contact them directly it is through the dealer only. We were then guided to the parts department who again told us that this type of equipment is not available yet for the vehicle we purchased. I find this very frustrating and would appreciate someone to contact us with information on where we can purchase steps bars for our truck as they are very much needed for everyday use. More

Pam told me that I should consider replacing the tire by next fall, but she recommended replacing both front tires so they were the same, which we know makes sense. When my husband read the work report later that evening, he examined the tire and noticed it had a gouge out of the side wall the size of a quarter, showing some of the steel belt. He was very concerned about the condition of the tire, and did buy and have the two tires replaced the next day. We were disappointed that the condition of the tire wasn't physically pointed out to me. More

Having discovered we were in the market for a van (our family was expanding), it was a breath of fresh air to enter into Jay Wolfe Toyota of West Coun Having discovered we were in the market for a van (our family was expanding), it was a breath of fresh air to enter into Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County and experience the family environment when purchasing our new van. Having taken one of our vehicles on a regular basis there and interacted with Tim (Winter) on multiple occasions, I did my research on a fair price and was pleasantly surprised to find the price I found at this Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership was lower than that price, which made making the deal that much easier! Tim, with whom i had spoken before, made the process a lot smoother, guiding me to the right vehicle and, in the end, the right price. I felt very informed about the process, never feeling overly pushed towards the extras (although, with the price we got, the additional warranty was worth it!), and supporting all my decisions. My experience defines what it means to interact in a "family environment"--open communication, great support in decisions made, and overall trusting they have my best interest at heart. As long as we are around the area, we will continue to go to this dealership and recommend all our friends to do the same! More
