Someone sent an incorrect VIN number to the Missouri dept of revenue, and I had to keep calling and sending emails to get the finance people to straighten it out. I was supposed to respond withing 30 days to DOR, and it took me 3 months. I requested names and phone numbers to call, and no one ever gave them to me. I still love the dealership and people there, but the Finance dept could use and upgrade. Phone calls were not returned to me either. More
