Great experience I needed a Saturday appointment with little to no advance notice since my car would not start. Even though the schedule was full they were flexible en I needed a Saturday appointment with little to no advance notice since my car would not start. Even though the schedule was full they were flexible enough to acknowledge my need and agreed to get me in the shop that day at Jay Wolfe Toyota. Excellent service, friendly people. Absolutely could not have been better. From start to finish. I traded in a competitors car for my Toyota, and they don't come close to your service. I will always own a Toyota from now on, and Jay Wolfe Toyota is the best. I will say I am not very happy with your finance people though. Someone sent an incorrect VIN number to the Missouri dept of revenue, and I had to keep calling and sending emails to get the finance people to straighten it out. I was supposed to respond withing 30 days to DOR, and it took me 3 months. I requested names and phone numbers to call, and no one ever gave them to me. I still love the dealership and people there, but the Finance dept could use and upgrade. Phone calls were not returned to me either. More

Michelle was so friendly and was very trustworthy and didn't look at me as a dollar sign like many of the men did. Myself being a woman, a felt most comfortable with her. You can tell she's not money motivated and truly cares if you're happy with the car. She even kept in contact with me when I found out there was something wrong with the car that I did not know was wrong until right after I left the dealership. Thanks to David Francosky and also Steven, they dealt with the situation very professionally and kept me happy. I will highly recommend this dealership due to my experience. More
