auto inspections; oil change/tire rotation Auto inspections took about an hour and ahalf along with an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting area was comfortable with good snack amenities. I was warned that they would screw me and they did My wife and I were buying a car and have a work discount. This dealership came up as one who accepted the discount. Before going we asked if the particular car we wanted came in blue and were told yes. Also, we were told an older model with low miles was there as an alternative. We get there and no blue cars or the older model car was there. We found another vehicle that we liked and went back and forth trying to work out a deal and eventually did. After hours of haggling we went to finance where the lady told us we would only have to pay taxes on the difference of the loan by trading our vehicle in(which would be about $750). We get to dmv and they tell us that doesn't appy to leased vehicles and we had to pay $2500.00. With knowing that we wouldn't have put down a large a down payment as we did. So there you have it.....take your warning about this place as I should have. More

Barry Brash who has worked with my father before also introduced himself as did Steve LaFrance who I had not met before, but lives in my neighborhood. The folks I talked with were all very pleasant & willing to help. Both Barry and Scott were very helpful in explaining vehicle options and looking for the Sienna that would suit my needs. I found the environment relaxed and pleasant. I never had a sense I was being pressured into something I did not want and I felt like I was being dealt with in an up-front & honest manner. Also, my wife is disabled and Scott made arrangements for me to bring a vehicle home for my wife to test drive with me. Tim Wells was also very straight forward explaining my finance & extended warranty options and helped save me a considerable amount of money in the purchase of my extended warranty bundle as I am a Sam's Club Member. Also, Scott was very helpful through the entire process including picking up my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe to my friends for sure and I look forward to working with them servicing my new Sienna.
