Over all it was a bit slow checking in. It took over an hour to change the oil. To me, that's too long. My service manager called back to find out how long it was going to be and she never heard back from hour to change the oil. To me, that's too long. It would have been better to immediately let the service manager know that he was almost done so I wasn't sitting there service manager area waiting for him to answer. While waiting, I also noticed that you have weeds and trash in the parking lot. I have always thought your place was a place of excellence, so I hope you keep things a little nicer in the future. The work was done as needed and my vehicle was kept clean. So, I appreciate that. More
I have one suggestion that concerns the procedure for opening for business and bringing in customer's vehicles. I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and arrived at 6:40. Both doors to the service department w opening for business and bringing in customer's vehicles. I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and arrived at 6:40. Both doors to the service department were closed. Since I had never been there before I parked behind the two vehicles already waiting at the first door thinking that was the door they opened to take vehicles inside. Just before 7;00 several other vehicles arrived and pulled in front of door #2. At 7;00 the service doors were opened. As a result I was now sixth in line instead of third. Overall I was very pleased with their friendly, professional and quick service. More
