not the usual quality of service The intake went fine. But the service rep did not call me at the time he promised and the car was finished. When I arrived to pick up the car all th The intake went fine. But the service rep did not call me at the time he promised and the car was finished. When I arrived to pick up the car all the paperwork was not included and I had to request the other part of the report. I appreciate the glass shield and reps who wore masks. But when I asked a question the rep came out from the glass and did not maintain a six-foot distance. I had to back away. you need to train your reps to keep their masks on and maintain a 6' foot distance minimum. It is a matter of life and death. I don't remember the rep's name. More

It was encouraging to see all of the employees wearing a mask properly at all times. They also enforced a mask policy for customers. Its a big dealership, so there's plenty of room to keep a safe physical distance from the staff and other customers. More
