Quick and good service, I have used Jay Wolfe Toyota for many years since my late husband and I purchased vehicles there. I was unhappy with this visit because I felt additi I have used Jay Wolfe Toyota for many years since my late husband and I purchased vehicles there. I was unhappy with this visit because I felt additional jobs were being advised before the car was even checked and quite possibly weren't necessarily needed. However, Pam Oakes never pushed to have them done and even spoke with my son by phone when I requested it. I only had the oil change done as that was what I originally planned. When I received my receipt, the last page listed the suggested services for me to have in the future. I don't remember having this happen previously and as a senior woman, I was wary of being taken. At no point was I unhappy with Pam's professionalism. More
