I've purchased many cars from many dealerships over the years, and I've rarely felt as welcome as when I strolled into their beautiful and clean facility in Ballwin. I enjoyed working with Gerry Bonsignore, a true old-school automotive industry vet with plenty of character. As a salesperson, he is a professional straight-shooter with *extensive* knowledge of the cars he sells. Gerry will be the first to admit he's not a miracle worker, but rest assured he will fight tooth and nail for you to arrive at the best deal possible. He has so many entertaining stories from his lengthy auto industry experience that it made me want to stick around after the sale to hear more. Salespeople of this nature are unfortunately becoming a rarity. The less experienced staff at other dealerships I visited could learn much from him. Gerry and the sales manager, Mike Wania (another class act), literally worked overtime to arrive at an unbeatable deal for a fantastic pre-owned 2019 Acura TLX. I can be a picky customer and a stickler for details, but these gentlemen jumped through hoops with smiles on their faces to ensure I was happy with the deal. Every little specific detail and request I had regarding the purchase (and there was a handful) were honored without question. All that being said, I am thrilled with my purchase.
