Drove up from Springfield, MO. to have a drivers side mirror replaced that was scratched during initial detailing. Also purchased lower door moldings and had them installed. Both replacement and the in mirror replaced that was scratched during initial detailing. Also purchased lower door moldings and had them installed. Both replacement and the install looked good. The only exception was that the bubble wrap, on the mirror, had an adhesive on it and it left several rows of bubble wrap spots on the mirror. I guess when the dealership notes that, due to Covid-19, complementary cleaning of your auto has been suspended. It only took me a very short time with an automotive glass cleaner and a micro fiber cloth to clean it. Seems some staff need check lists and someone should have checked the work before releasing my vehicle. I certainly did appreciate, that the time to do this service, was only 1-1.5 hours. It got me back on the road earlier than expected. Thanks for the service! More

Great work by Joseph, our sales rep. Hard worker, communicative and straight-shooter. We were supposed to get our car yesterday however and haven’t yet. Not Joseph’s fault, he’s trying.
