I made an on-line reservation Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment expecting a complicated experience given my short notice and beginning of I made an on-line reservation Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment expecting a complicated experience given my short notice and beginning of the week choice. Not a problem. They knew who I was before I got out of the car, had my profile and reservation up as I walked in. Service Advisor, Andrew Duncan, explained every aspect of the 60,00 mile service while reviewing my service history for anything that might have been missed in prior service visits. He managed my expectations by reviewing the cost and offered to use my coupons as best he could to reduce it. He also prepared me for the next major service interval, the 90,000 mile check-up. Andrew then arranged for a retal car at dealer expense.. More
