He was definitely dedicated to making our experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Besides Robert, however, the managerial staff was inefficient and less than reasonable in the negotiation process. Robert did everything that he could in the process, but the management really slowed things down and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. More

My Avalon Maintenance I called and made my appointment with the service department. I was greeted my the service representative Joshua Younger who asked me what work I want I called and made my appointment with the service department. I was greeted my the service representative Joshua Younger who asked me what work I wanted done. He then wrote up the ticket and said it would be about 1 1/2 hours and asked if I was going to wait, and I said yes. Then he directed me to the customer lounge. There I was greeted by a nice pleasant lady named Michell who ask me if there was anything I wanted, and I said a coffee . She then asked if I wanted a muffin,cookie or bagel. I was served a muffin with my coffee. All in all it was a pleasant experience. More
