Excellent experience I have owned a Toyota before but never purchased a car from this dealer. My experience is they are first class all around: from initial internet inqui I have owned a Toyota before but never purchased a car from this dealer. My experience is they are first class all around: from initial internet inquiry and follow up with Heidi, to Jason (sales) who was patient and straight forth in the manner of handling the sale, Tyler who handled the legal details and trade, the service department who checked the car and receptionist who was friendly and professional. (watch out "Jan"! It was a busy day but the showroom personal worked well as a team. I do not know the mangement personnel who was working on Memorial Day, but my hats off to them for a well run organization and seeing to a great experience. More
