I really thought it was a result of some work that had been done on my car 3 weeks earlier but it turned out to just be a speed sensor. I was not charged for the service. Chad knew I was upset and went out of his way to explain the situation to me and then did not charge me. It made me feel a lot better. More

Car Service is generally really good, with a van to drive you home and back. Salesman Maurice was very nice, but had no ability to help out with issues after we chose car. And he was busy with other people -- not his fault -- so we had to wait. Mr. Bozzi did everything he could to help. Definitely ask for him if you have ANY issues. Would not have bought car without his intervention. Bad: Be ready to negotiate. Research cost of all extras- service plans, fabric protections, document prep.... ASK what costs will be added to "final" purchase price. They won't tell/warn you. Get any promises in writing. They won't negotiate the costs of "extras", won't even say what those costs are till you have purchase price agreed, but you can find out. Extras raised our expected payout substantially. Be ready to walk out. Finance manager was not nice, kept us waiting, made us come in to dealership to settle something and promised us papers would be there. We went, the papers were not ready and don't know when we will have to go back to pick them up. We've bought 6 cars from them before and that didn't get us any respect - and I didn't expect much but the "you know we have to do a credit check" comment when I'd already signed permission for the credit check! And nothing nice said when check showed score well over 800. They also STILL keep my car in my husband's name (we are still happily married, but it is MY car) and call HIM. I love my new car, but what should have been fun was NOT. I feel I probably overpaid a bit. I'd be ok with that if finance manager showed any concern over inconvenience. Sum it up - I am angry. Protect yourself in negotiations and expect issues with paperwork. More

Josh, the service writer, was prepared with my request, the Sienna Once again, I had a great service experience at Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County. Josh, the service writer, was prepared with my request, the Sienna was received quickly, and their customer waiting area is the best of any of the dealerships I've visited. In slightly more than an hour, the Sienna had an oil change, alignment checked, and a warranty item dealt with, while they honored their coupon for the $25 oil change. They even did a complementary exterior car wash! The customer service waiting area is phenomenal, with free coffee, snacks, a friendly attendant who calls you by your name, and free wifi. When it's time to replace my Sienna, there is no doubt that I will replace it with another Toyota! More
