The only problem was when finance (Luke) didn't ask me any questions about how many months I wanted my loan and told me a rate before it was approved. The minor complaint is that I appreciate the car wash after each visit the vehicle is not dried so the car usually winds up looking a mess. Would it add that much more cost to dry it?
