I appreciate the service in the lounge as Michelle is always friendly and monitors everything that's going on. I was given an initial time of 60 - 90 minutes and everything was complete within the estimate. I especially appreciated that they wiped my car after the car wash which has been a source of minor frustration with past visits. Thanks for the quick service. More
