BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Before I start, I have called the dealership multiple times with no response. I always get transferred to voicemail of th DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Before I start, I have called the dealership multiple times with no response. I always get transferred to voicemail of the managers. a lot of phone tag. All I get is voicemail. Then when they finally call me back I can't answer my phone so when I return their call of course they don't answer. I leave a voicemail and this was last week And still no call back. I dealt with Sal (person who sold my car and told me it has a third row which it does not) and David the sales manager. So of course this review does not reflect everyone that works there since they were the only two that I seem to only be able to get a hold of about my issues. Also Sal called my aunt "stuck up" while I was test driving the vehicle. That part is on me for still buying from him. Looking back that should've been a red flag for me to not buy. I'm only mentioning because my aunt bought a car from him and he calls her "stuck up" because of her negotiation on the car she bought from him and jay Wolfe...that's not appreciating their customers...I was buying my first new car and was just super excited. So I let that comment go giving benefit of the doubt that he didn't mean to offend. I regret every decision I made with this dealership On a side note, the financier, Luke gave a 5 star experience. He was great. I made the mistake of buying from this dealership. They lie to you just to make a sale. They will be nice until after the sale and don't care if they made a mistake. I was lied to about a third row in the vehicle and after the sale they don't care it's not really there. The response I get from sal and David left a bad taste in my mouth. The tone is not acceptable. David left me a voicemail that said he was confused on was I was wanting because I bought a car with no third row. The thing is I was told there was a third row in the vehicle. I also asked the specific question to sal (sales person) when looking at the vehicle. They really didn't sound like they cared. David said in the voicemail because of the price I paid and looking through the paperwork that they won't do anything to fix it. I put my trust in them and I shouldn't have. I was also told that they are the only people that can give 4 years of free maintenance. The 4 years of free maintenance is offered at every Toyota dealership. I talked to multiple Toyota dealerships in multiple cities after the fact. David actually told me that it's impossible and they are the only ones "capable" of offering the extra 2 years on top of what Toyota already gives. Straight up lie. So not the type of people you want to deal with. And the 1 year of their "jay Wolfe advantage program" is a gimmick. Not really worth the value they say it is. For example, $400 value for luxecare which I don't even know if it was applied on my vehicle. David also told me that the warranty other dealerships offer that are 10year/100k miles for free is a gimmick and they don't do that because it's just a sales tactic....then after the sale they try to sell me on additional warranty. Of course I opted out because the reasoning David gave that it's a gimmick is because toyotas lasts forever. The stuff warranty covers rarely ever breaks. So everything is going to seem great when you want to buy a car. After the sale is done they don't care about you. If they make a mistake or if they just simply really lied about the feature, they blame it on me and don't own up to it. I was basically told in the end that I should've checked myself instead of trusting them. Even when we have multiple family members that buy cars from them. For sure going to warn my other family members as well. I've accepted I'm chasing a dead horse with the people I dealt with at jay Wolfe and can't seem to find a person willing to help. I'm just going to use my 4 years of free maintenance and stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More

Great buying experience thanks to Maurice Bembry My wife and I recently went to Jay Wolfe as we were planning to replace our old sedan. We worked with Maurice Bembry and he was fantastic. We initially looked at the Camry but eventually found a used Avalon that we like better. Maurice was courteous and professional throughout the entire process and provided excellent service. We closed the deal with very quickly and with no frustration. We came back a couple of days later to pick up the car and he had everything ready to go. Our entire experience was top notch and we attribute that to Maurice. We encourage you to ask for him if you go to Jay Wolfe as we are sure you will be as pleased as we were. More

I had purchased a Prius from Jay Wolfe when we lived in St. Louis. My previous salesman was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted with every feature that was important to us. We were able to complete most of the process ahead of time. When we arrived in St. Louis everything went smoothly INCLUDING that they allowed us to bring our dog inside the whole time (since it was summer and we were just passing through!) They fed us and even washed my Prius before we got back on the road! Exceptional experience!!! Too bad we won't be coming back for routine maintenance, but it's just a little too far away from home now! More
