20,000 service. Went in a little late for my 20,000 service on my 2014 camry. I intended to wait and was told by a Service Adviser, Micheal Clavenna that they were ve Went in a little late for my 20,000 service on my 2014 camry. I intended to wait and was told by a Service Adviser, Micheal Clavenna that they were very busy, but it may take 1-1/2 hour wait, ok, fine, I settled in for the long wait in the very nice lounge, had some coffee and a toasted bagel, which were both great, a little later a couple cookies, then - surprise! My car was done, in just under an hour! I was so impressed with the service and so thankful to not have to wait the full 1 -1/2 hour. Very professional and job well done to the entire service crew. It was a great experience over all. More

Break down and Jay Wolfe Toyota West County Saved Us! Moving our son to Georgia when 185,000 mile 2001 Toyota Tacoma pulling U-Haul trailer lost power. Understanding and empathetic Service Director Scot Dickherber confirmed he could work it in and to tow it to him. Friendly professional Service Advisor Mark Hurtt advised us and led us to totally awesome mechanics' service who found we had a loose wire in the ignitor box. They reattached it without even a wiring harness and had us back on the road in less than an hour for less than $100! I thought it would be a fuel pump or a throttle body sensor or something major! Oh, and Mark, Scott, and our host Johnnie Andrawos (Managing Partner) treated us to lunch for 4 at their in-house Bistro where chicken panninni was delicious NOT TO MENTION the awesome air massage chairs! Never seen anything like it. We may drive over from Kansas City just to buy a car or for service!!!!!!! More
