The service writers are professional and helpful in their suggestions. My service writer was Pamela Oakes. She's my go-to person each time I need service. She's knowledgeable and anxious to please her customers. She's thorough, attentive to detail and makes sure the work is done correctly. This most recent visit was no different than previous visits. I always look forward to how smoothly the car drives when I pick it up. In this visit it was my 2006 Avalon. Felt like a new car. Really, it did. More
Quick. Honest. Customer focused. I was 90% done with a deal for the same car at a different dealership but it just didn't feel right. I got recommended Jay Wolfe by a friend and headed over there. There was no red carpet rolled out, but there might as well have been for how great I was treated. They gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and they had the model/style/options of the car I wanted in stock. Something the other dealer was going to order and be a six week delivery. They took care of my whole family in the amazing lounge with free food, TV, kids area, and massage chairs! There was no haggling on the price, and it was $1,000 cheaper then the other dealership. Plus I got some free upgrade a like floor mats and mud flaps. This was my first new car, have always bought used, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. More

Convenient checkup Josh greeted me and then explained that the Toyota Care had expired at my last visit, but explained that the service would be covered by Jay Wolfe. He had looked at the problem I had with my rear mud flap and they fixed it by replacing the missing screw. My alighnment was off so he suggested I get that taken care of. Done! Great day. More
Always good I love taking my car here for service. They keep track of everything for me and are always nice. If it's going to be a long service appointment like yesterday, they will drive me to wherever I need to go to be productive during my wait. I was able to get to a shopping center so I could enjoy lunch and get some errands done. Perfect. More

I worked with michael c who was very kind and considerate of my economic situation. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I have figured out that you make money not on car sales but the service. I bought the car because it was economical to operate. I would like to keep coming for service, now my car needs brake work, another 200, I can't believe this car has no warranty, I might have to resort to a local garage for service. More
