Felt like people wanted to help at all times, everyone went out of their way to answer questions and help me with my needs at that time. did not feel pressured at all , I had already been to several other dealers and they just did not seem to understand that I wanted to purchase a car but felt like it was a continual run around. My wife and I had to walk out of one dealership after we drove a car we really liked , we had told the salesperson we needed to see certain options available that dealership was offering so we could try and come to a agreeable price , but they just did not understand , finally gave them 15 minutes , told sales person what we wanted and he did come back so we left. at JK Wolfe when we asked about something within a couple of minutes the info was in front of us each time , even after I had signed papers for the purchase I had an issue in trying to get back to dealer to pick up car, they had offered me a ride which was nice but when they arrived at the house ) door bell rang gentleman asked me my name said here are your keys I was a little stunned but to my surprise the car was setting in my driveway!! Great experience with Service Dept The service department was right on time with my appointment. Check in was easy and they quickly listed the services to be performed. I have their prepaid service plan so this was fairly simple. They did find one minor maintenance item which they clearly explained and did not pressure me to do it. The work took about 75 minutes but the experience in their lounge is first rate. Chad did a good job checking me in and getting everything ready for an easy check out. More

Just the minimum done Maybe me rating is lower because this is not the first time this happens. I asked if they could inflate the tires since it was showing just below the desired pressure, since we are going on a trip, and after waiting one hour for what being done, the tires hadn't been inflated. I don't care that it is showing just below, I could see some yellow showing, the low tire alert had been on and I wanted the tires to be perfect for the trip. As in the past, I have things scheduled right after, so now I will have to come back another time to get this done. More

Great Price!!!! We visited several Toyota Dealerships to find a good used car for our 17 year old grandson. We thought we found a great deal, at the competitor's T We visited several Toyota Dealerships to find a good used car for our 17 year old grandson. We thought we found a great deal, at the competitor's Toyota dealership, even went as far as putting down money to hold it. I got home and went online and found a Corolla , right price, right color, right mileage and right year . Drove 40 minutes, in the rush hour traffic, to Jay Wolfe Toyota. The car of interest was on the lot and we purchased it after a test drive. The price was lower than the competitor's for an equal car. I called the Competitor Toyota Dealership and told them to TEAR UP THE CHECK that we bought the grandson's 2016 Corolla at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The salesman was pleasant to work with.....no going back and forth to the, powers that be, to come up with a fair price.
