Disappointed I made the appointment 2 days in advance and said I needed an oil change and front brake pads. After it was ready I was told it took longer than expec I made the appointment 2 days in advance and said I needed an oil change and front brake pads. After it was ready I was told it took longer than expected because they had to go to the Lexus dealership to pick up the pads. It's disappointing that the person in charge of inventory control in the shop didn't have the pads ready seeing how I had given 2 days notice. Also, when I walked to my car, I noticed the front left tire was low and went directly to a gas station to check it. Turns out it was at 20 psi even though the service record said all 4 tires were at 32 psi. More

Routine Plus Mark was courteous and prompt on intake. He noticed uneven tire wear and recommended alignment using a discount coupon.
