worst ever it was the worst possible, waited days for a car to be returned to the dealership due to purchasers allergies, then got a call it was in and I could h it was the worst possible, waited days for a car to be returned to the dealership due to purchasers allergies, then got a call it was in and I could have it at original price, not the price of the orig. sale we agreed on $13,487, but the price it was on the lot for $13,7___. (my rep says calls are recorded although I have never personally been told my call was being recorded with my rep and that would be Karen) So when I got there the long and short of it is her boss, Mike Bozzi, who is an extremely rude man, pulled the old bait and switch. He said the only way I got that price now was to lose the certified pre owned and warranty, If I wanted those the price would now be $14,400. Of course I said no and went out and bought a lovely Kia, so not only did Toyota lose a sale but the many people I told about it are all outraged and have committed to telling others about this dealership. More

OK, Fine I don't think there are many of us folks who like the car shopping experience so it's really hard to give a great review when something is the equival I don't think there are many of us folks who like the car shopping experience so it's really hard to give a great review when something is the equivalent of going to the dentist. We started at Jay Wolfe as it is close to our home and we were curious about Toyota. As we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the internet department to bring down a piece of paper to our sales person we had a chance to stand back and observe the goings on. The building is nice, big and bright, staff seemed friendly enough however a VERY upset women walked passed us on the way out the door and said "this is the worst bait and switch I have ever experienced, be warned!" Wow, that didn't make us excited to stay but we did as I believe there are two sides to every story and we didn't know the entire exchange. Our week night experience and test drive turned out to be a great opportunity to rule out the size car we thought we were interested and our sales person was very helpful and we appreciated his time, care and thought in answering all of our questions. More
