Bill was very helpful. I had a request 3 month back to fix my door but unfortunately they had to order the parts. They mention they will reach out when it arrives. Nobody did and 3 month later when I came fix my door but unfortunately they had to order the parts. They mention they will reach out when it arrives. Nobody did and 3 month later when I came back asking about the status, Bill mention that the previous order was “cancelled” and now he had to re-order and that will take another 4 weeks.
