Love this dealership! This dealership is the best I've ever been to in this area. I used to hate taking my car in for service, and with Jay Wolfe, I look forward to it. I This dealership is the best I've ever been to in this area. I used to hate taking my car in for service, and with Jay Wolfe, I look forward to it. It's like the highlight of my morning. While I don't drive the most expensive car sold at Jay Wolfe, I'm treated as though I'm their best customer. Making an appointment online is super easy, I'm greeted when I drive in, I'm kept informed through the entire maintenance or repair process, the bistro is amazing and the staff members go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone I know. More

Almost nice enough to just visit for no reason I am not normally big on waiting around while my car is serviced but they really spoil you here. Steering wheel was filthy Dave Fisher, our advisor, was great so no complaints there. However when we picked up the car and drove it home the steering wheel was filthy. It was Dave Fisher, our advisor, was great so no complaints there. However when we picked up the car and drove it home the steering wheel was filthy. It was covered in sticky oil and it took me s a long time to clean my hands as well as the steering wheel itself. We have never experienced this before and feel frustrated that you charge us for your time but that then we had to take our time just to get the car back to the way it was when we dropped it off . Honestly I feel like we should get some sort of discount -maybe $50 or something ? More
