Disorganized The person that made the appointment by phone gave me incorrect information about the length of time my service would take. The service representative left and no one took over my service information. 2 1/2 hours later I checked on my car and no one knew anything. Finally, my car was brought to me and then the charges were wrong. I am still unsure what was done and how much I should have paid. More

The Bill! When I made my appointment, I asked if I needed any other work. I was told "just the oil change" was all I needed, but my bill ended up at almost $7 When I made my appointment, I asked if I needed any other work. Maybe the person making the appointment should have transferred me to someone who could take a quick look at my account. I am happy with my car and the service rep, Pam, does a great job. More
