Maurice made the whole experience far and beyond the best we've had. The dealership is a nice environment and the bistro is a great perk for sales and service wait times. More
Awesome Sales manager, bad finance manager, ok salesman I had a cashiers check for the full agreed price made in Jay Wolfe's name and they still wanted to run my credit report. I am also in the market for a mortgage and didn't want any dent in my credit report and didn't want them to run it. Moreover I definitely didn't need credit. The salesperson (not working there anymore probably, he is not in the list below) pressured us for the next 20 minutes or so to sign the credit application saying it is for making sure that you are not a terrorist trying to launder money. Apparently it was required by "Patriot Act". A quick research on google will tell you this is the most common scam at car dealerships. But, I didn't expect it at a major dealership like this one. Also the finance manager was very rude and condescending to us (he is probably not working there anymore either, I don't see him in the list below). If it was not for my love for Toyota cars and the particular vehicle that I wanted, I would have ran away from this dealership. The service people have been awesome though. Mike Bozzi, from Management was very courteous and nice to us. The cafe with free refreshments is awesome! The girl working there was very nice to me and my family. I will go to this dealership definitely for my service needs. They have very nice service department. Three star because I was treated bad by the finance manager. More

Second appointment: When I arrived, I could see it was a hectic Friday for the entire staff. Pam was multi-tasking. Pam exhibited compassion and understanding. Although I did not have an appointment, she made me feel welcomed. A female understands another female (with all of my responsibilities and errands to run - I can only do so much in a day's time). She did not rush me. Pam is so professional. She explained in detail what repairs were needed on my car. The waiting time was minimal. The waiting area has very good regular coffee. More
